Ashwagandha
THE PERFECT HERB TO SUPPORT MODERN LIFE
Botanical name: Withania somnifera
Plant part used: Root
Sourcing: Responsibly sourced from trusted growers in India
Extraction method: Dual-extracted for full-spectrum potency
Long revered in traditional Ayurvedic practice, ashwagandha is known as a grounding adaptogen. We use the root that supports resilience in times of stress and change. Its earthy strength helps restore a sense of inner steadiness, especially when life feels frayed at the edges.
We extract the root using a dual method to gently draw out both water-soluble and alcohol-soluble compounds, preserving the plant’s full potential. The result is a tincture that captures ashwagandha’s calm, steady presence — a quiet anchor in your wellness ritual.

FAQs
What is a herbal tincture?
A tincture is a liquid that has been infused with one or more herbs and this liquid absorbs all the plants' herbal benefits to help support our moment of need.
Are your tinctures alcohol-free?
YES!
All our tinctures are alcohol-free.
We do steep our herbs in ethanol as this is the superior carrier to absorb all the plants' beneficial properties, but we then evaporate the alcohol off the herbal liquid and use rapeseed sap as our preservative.
Can I take more than one tincture in a day?
Yes you can take more than one tincture in a day. All the herbs we use work in harmony together so nothing will counteract each other. However, we do recommend leaving an hour or so between taking each different blend.
What is the shelf-life?
Our tinctures are stored in special biophotonic, purple glass bottles which protects the herbal liquid from the sun’s powerful UV rays. This allows the shelf-life, once opened to be up to 24 months.
