🇬🇧 Shipping & Returns for UK Customers

We ship across the UK with reliable, tracked delivery services to ensure your order reaches you safely and swiftly.

UK Shipping

We offer FREE UK shipping on orders over £55

  • Orders are dispatched from our studio in Norfolk, typically within 1-2 working days.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order is on its way.
  • Standard delivery usually take 2-4 working days from dispatch.

If you need order in a hurry, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Please note, we do not fulfil over the weekend, all orders placed over the weekend will be shipped promptly on Monday.

Returns within the UK

We hope you love your tinctures, but if for any reason you would like to return something, please email us at hello@bloomingblends.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

Returns must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • The cap of the tincture still sealed (unopened)
  • Returned within 14 days of notifying us

Once received and checked, we'll process your refund (excluding original delivery costs) with 5 working days.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless your item is faulty or we have made an error.

🇮🇪 Shipping for Irish Customers

We’re pleased to ship to our friends across the Irish Sea. All orders are packed with care and dispatched from the UK.

  • Orders are shipped using reliable, tracked international services.
  • You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on location.

Please note:
Orders are charged in GBP and include UK VAT at checkout.

As the UK is no longer part of the EU, customs duties, VAT or handling fees may be applied by Irish customs when your order arrives. These charges are set by Irish authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with Irish Revenue for the latest import thresholds and charges.

🇪🇺 Shipping for EU Customers

Orders placed on our website are charged GBP and include UK VAT at checkout.

Please note:
As the UK is no longer part of the EU, your local customs authorities may apply VAT, duties, or handling fees when your parcel arrives in your country.  These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your local thresholds and policies before placing an order.

🇺🇸 Shipping for USA Customers

We’re delighted to offer shipping to our customers in the USA. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched from the UK with love and care.

  • All orders are shipped from the UK using reliable, tracked international courier services.
  • You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery to the USA typically takes 5–10 working days, depending on location.

Please note:

  • Orders are charged in GBP and include UK VAT at checkout.
  • For most personal orders under $800 USD, no import duties or taxes are applied when entering the US.
    (This is due to the current de minimis threshold for personal imports.)
