I didn't set out to start a wellness brand. I was a cook, running a food delivery business for new parents, when my own wellness journey took an unexpected turn.

During a trip to LA to visit my sister, I stumbled upon something that would change everything: herbal tinctures.

I was immediately captivated. They were simple, fast-acting, and so easy to use with no pills to swallow, no waiting around for something to kick in. Just a few drops under the tongue, and I could feel the difference within minutes.

When I returned to the UK, I searched everywhere for tinctures like the ones I'd discovered in LA. But there was barely anything available, and even less information to help people understand what they were or how to use them.

So, I decided to create my own.

With my background in wellness cuisine and the guidance of a trusted medical herbalist, I began crafting blends to support the moments we all struggle with: sleepless nights, anxious days, low energy, hormonal ups and downs, and everything in between.

What started in my kitchen has grown into Blooming Blends, a collection of award-winning, alcohol-free tinctures, now stocked at Harrods and Whole Foods, and trusted by thousands across the UK.

Every bottle is a blend of ancient plant wisdom and modern craft, made with care in the Norfolk countryside. My mission? To make herbal tinctures simple, approachable, and accessible to everyone so you can support your wellbeing naturally, without the confusion or compromise.
