🔁 Returns & Refunds within the UK 🇬🇧

We hope you love your products, but if for any reason you’d like to return something, please email us at hello@bloomingblends.store within 14 days of delivery.

Returns must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Sealed (where applicable)
  • Returned within 14 days of notifying us

Once received and checked, we’ll process your refund (excluding original delivery costs) within 5 working days.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless your item is faulty or we’ve made an error.

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can resolve it quickly.

If you’d like to return your order, please email us at hello@bloomingblends.store within 14 days of receiving your items and we’ll guide you through the return process.

To help your parcel return smoothly to the UK, please ensure it is clearly marked as:

“Returned Goods – No Commercial Value”

We also recommend including your original order number inside the parcel and on any customs forms.

Please note:

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.

We also suggest including your original order number inside the parcel and on the customs declaration form (usually CN22 or CN23).
