Hi, I'm Fleur

I didn’t set out to start a wellness brand.

At the time I was working as a cook, running a food delivery business for new parents, when my own health journey took an unexpected turn.

During a trip to Los Angeles to visit my sister, I stumbled upon something that would quietly change everything: herbal tinctures.

I was immediately captivated.

Tinctures are simple, effective, and incredibly easy to use.

No pills to swallow. No complicated routines.

Just a few drops under the tongue and within minutes I could feel the herbal benefits.

When I returned to the UK, I tried to find tinctures like the ones I had discovered in LA. But there was very little available, and even less information to help people understand what they were or how to use them.

So, I decided to create my own.

With my background in nourishing, wellness-focused cooking, and the guidance of a trusted medical herbalist, I began crafting blends to support the moments many of us struggle with: sleepless nights, anxious days, low energy, hormonal ups and downs, and everything in between.
